Red Hawk to Acquire Crow Security

DENVER, Co., June 6, 2007 – Red Hawk, a unit of UTC Fire & Security (UTCFS), announced today the acquisition of Crow Security, an integrated security solutions provider, based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.  This is Red Hawk’s first acquisition since being acquired by UTCFS in October of 2006.

For over 24 years, Crow Security has provided electronic and physical security solutions to the financial, commercial, and retail markets in Florida. The Company installs, integrates, and maintains a full range of security technology products including video surveillance, alarm and access control systems, and physical equipment such as safes, vaults, ATMs, and remote transaction systems.
